About the Role
The Business Development Manager (WA) will drive sales in the region by managing and supporting distribution partners, promoting product performance, and executing strategies to boost awareness and advocacy through agronomist networks.
Main Responsibilities
* Build and manage relationships with distribution partners to increase sales
* Analyze product performance and advocate the technology's benefits to agronomists and farmers
* Raise the company's profile within the agricultural sector
* Provide regular sales and market feedback to senior management
Education / Experience / Skills
Demonstrated strong track record of successfully executing a sales process and ability to achieve and/or exceed sales objectives.
A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Engineering or Food Science.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the agriculture sector.
Familiarity with regional practices relating to pesticide use and spray application processes.
Delivery of Innovation/Innovative Products to market.
Spray Application Experience.
Ability to train the trainer.
