The Business Analyst Team supports student information systems and business processes.
Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving issues, identifying opportunities for improvement, prototyping and testing changes to configuration, and monitoring developments in future software releases.
* Develop expert knowledge of current and future student systems and business processes.
* Develop and maintain documentation for allocated student lifecycle portfolios.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to business areas, including investigation and resolution of Tier 2 issues.
* Identify opportunities for business process improvements that leverage current or future functionality available in student systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A degree from a recognised higher education institution with experience as a Business Analyst is required.
Demonstrated ability to organise, plan and undertake business analysis activities and investigations is essential.
Experience in researching, prototyping and testing changes to system functionality is also necessary.
Demonstrated high level written communication skills and good liaising and negotiating skills are highly valued.
