Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, acting as a trusted strategic advisor across private banking, bespoke lending and wealth solutions. Reporting to a highly regarded and supportive Director, you will partner closely with sophisticated clients, navigating complex financial needs and delivering considered, relationship-led outcomes underpinned by strong commercial judgement.

Duties:
* Provide holistic, tailored advice across private banking, lending and wealth solutions
* Structure complex credit facilities and bespoke lending arrangements
* Proactively grow your portfolio through referrals, centres of influence and new client acquisition opportunities
* Work collaboratively with credit, investment, risk and compliance teams to deliver seamless client outcomes
Skills & Experience:
* RG146 certified
* Builds and grows HNW books effectively
* Extensive experienced across banking, lending and wealth
* Commercial, return-focused and risk aware
* Strong relationship and stakeholder skills
* Handles complex client situations with discretion
