Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Electronics Engineer located in Cleveland, QLD.
The Graduate Engineer will work closely with the engineering team to design, test, and improve drug and alcohol testing devices.
Responsibilities include assisting with product development, technical documentation, research and development initiatives, quality assurance processes, and customer support.
The successful candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in engineering principles, product design, and technical problem-solving
Experience with research and development, testing processes, and data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create technical documentation
Familiarity with quality control processes and tools
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle management is advantageous
Experience with safety, compliance, and regulatory standards in industrial settings is a plus
