Role Profile
Working as part of a high-performing corporate tax team, you will:
* Work across a blend of compliance and advisory engagements for a diverse portfolio of corporate clients.
* Support clients with business-specific tax challenges, including tax governance, audits/reviews, international tax matters and transactions.
* Be actively involved in projects such as M&A / deals, cross-border structuring, tax-effect accounting and ATO interactions.
* Build trusted relationships with clients, becoming a go-to adviser for commercial, practical tax advice.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of tax processes, tools and ways of working within the team.
* At the Manager / Senior Manager level, provide leadership, coaching and review support to more junior team members while playing a visible role in client relationship development.

Successful Candidate Profile
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Law, Finance or a related discipline; CA / CPA / CTA (or working towards) is strongly regarded.
* Experience in corporate tax within a professional services / advisory environment (or strong tax exposure from a Business Services / Private Advisory background, looking to specialise).
* Solid technical grounding in Australian corporate tax, with exposure to areas such as tax-effect accounting, consolidations, international tax or M&A.
* Strong analytical skills and commercial curiosity – you enjoy understanding how clients actually operate, not just the legislation.
* A collaborative style, with confidence working directly with clients and other advisers.
* For Manager / Senior Manager level: demonstrated experience leading engagements, reviewing work, coaching junior staff and contributing to business development activities.
