Salary: $109,857.00 – $129,624.00 + super
Responsibilities
Drive Partnerships for Impact – Implement our Corporate Partnership strategy to achieve fundraising targets through both cash and in-kind support.
Grow New Business Opportunities – Identify and secure new corporate partners through industry connections, networks, and creative outreach strategies.
Build & Nurture Relationships – Manage existing partnerships and deliver tailored benefits to maximise engagement, fundraising revenue, and brand visibility.
Create & Deliver Campaigns – Prepare compelling proposals, manage cause-related marketing, and collaborate on events to reduce costs and boost outcomes.
Work Across a Passionate Team – Partner with our Events, Philanthropy, and Marketing teams to ensure corporate partners are engaged, recognised, and celebrated.
About You
Proven Experience – Background in sales, marketing, or fundraising with a strong track record in business development and managing key accounts.
Relationship & Communication Skills – Exceptional ability to engage, influence, and network with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Partnership & Campaign Expertise – Experience developing partnerships and executing campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
NFP & Sponsorship Knowledge – Understanding of the not-for-profit sector and experience working with corporate partnerships or sponsorships.
Organised & Tech-Savvy – Highly organised with attention to detail, strong budget management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
