The successful candidate will participate in a structured development program designed to build their knowledge and skills across all facets of rural merchandise operations within a leading rural reseller environment.You will gain experience inProduct knowledge across crop protection, fertiliser, seed, animal health, and general merchandiseInventory and supply chain managementCustomer service and sales supportFertiliser blending, logistics, and application planningSeasonal planning and product forecastingBusiness systems and point-of-sale operationsBuilding strong relationships with local growers and suppliersThis role is suited to someone who is passionate about agriculture, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into a future leadership position in merchandise or fertiliser management.What our Graduate Program offersProfessional networking opportunities our program provides you with the opportunity to network and travel interstate.
