About the Opportunity
This exciting role involves leading the marketing mix for private label and exclusive brands with strategic planning responsibilities. You will work closely with Category Managers and Product Development Managers to understand market dynamics and plan marketing initiatives accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive brand marketing strategies and 12-month marketing plans across product portfolios.
* Design unique campaign propositions and messaging for each campaign.
* Execute through-the-line campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
* Optimize private label and exclusive brand inclusion in campaign calendars.
Personal Attributes:
* Knowledge of FMCG and/or retail environments is highly valued.
* A minimum of five years of marketing experience within brand/product management is required.
* Proven strategic input and end-to-end campaign management responsibilities are essential.
Foster a collaborative spirit among team members and uphold high levels of cross-functional communication with key stakeholders. Strong leadership skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and show initiative are crucial for success in this role.
