Role
This crucial role will be accountable for the overall performance of the farm, including yield, cost, quality, and compliance. It will provide strategic direction and daily oversight across Operations, Grower, and Harvest Functions, and ensure alignment of the crop plan, operational execution, and harvest plan to achieve business outcomes. This person must take ownership of the full seasonal plan for the farm, from planting through crop work to harvest.
Responsibilities

* Monitor and drive performance across the farm to ensure yield, cost, and quality targets are met.
* Maintain compliance with WHS, food safety, and other regulatory requirements.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all functions to improve efficiency, sustainability, and quality.
Requirements
* Proven experience in farm management, horticulture, or large-scale agricultural operations.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Deep understanding of crop planning, operations, harvest processes, and workforce management.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in horticulture, agriculture, or related discipline preferred.
* Extensive hands-on experience managing large-scale farms and diverse teams.
* Experience in restoration or high-value horticultural operations highly regarded.
* Knowledge of WHS, food safety, and compliance requirements in a horticultural environment.
Remuneration and Location
This is a senior management role within the Company, with an appropriate remuneration package. Location is Caboolture, Queensland.
