**About the role**
Our client is an Australian owned company, providing labour hire services across New South Wales. Starting immediately, the role is based in the Southwest Sydney region, and is full-time Monday to Friday.
Your role and responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Providing support to employees undertaking apprenticeships, traineeships, and general training 
- Ensuring quota of trainee signups are met and that trainees are attending training 
- Maintaining accurate trainee and training records and 
- Maintaining training documentation including training manuals, processes, and procedures 
- Coordinating workloads of direct reports 
- Promote a positive and productive team culture to ensure team member engagement and accountability in achieving their key deliverables 
- Manage day to day operations, ensuring consistency with legislative requirements and quality standards 
- Other duties as and when required
**Skills and Experience** 
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field (highly regarded) 
- Ideally 5 years' experience in a similar role ideally from a NSW Training (TAFE teaching) background 
- Exposure to NSW education systems, compliance and governance 
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessing 
- Ability to manage staff and subcontract trainers for training delivery and compliancy 
- MS Office proficiency 
- Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments 
- Robust communication skills 
- Ability to work in and contribute to a mature existing team culture 
- Current driver's licence
