DM & S Curtin is a family owned and operated Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Company servicing the South West for 50 years We are offering a full-time 12-month Traineeship in Certificate III in Business for an immediate commencement.
Our business prides itself on delivering the highest customer service standard possible. We require an enthusiastic and friendly team member that will be the first point of contact and can work within an ever-changing environment.
The position will entail the following duties:
* Answering walk in, telephone and email enquiries
* Receive & schedule job bookings into Servicem8
* Spare parts ordering and tracking
* Freight In/Out
* General office duties as required including mail, banking and filing
* Liaising with suppliers and customers
* Assist with the day-to-day operations of a busy small service business
The successful applicant MUST have the following attributes
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Be passionate about customer service
* Able to work well in a team environment and autonomously
* Excellent time management
* Able to prioritize workloads in an ever-changing environment
* Friendly phone manner and attentive customer service skills
* Desire to learn and grow with the business
The following experience would be advantageous;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite desirable
* Experience with Servicem8 program or similar
* Experience in the service industry would be an advantage but not essential
