Bidfood Adelaide is looking for a Sales Representative to join our Gillman branch, servicing the Port Lincoln and Whyalla regions, ideally based in Whyalla.
This role is all about people. You'll be the friendly face and trusted contact for our customers — listening to their needs, offering helpful solutions, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
What You'll Be Doing
This isn't a desk job. You'll be out and about, meeting with customers, having real conversations, and making a difference in their day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth service from order to delivery.
Your day might include:
* Visiting customers to build and maintain strong relationships
* Recommending products that suit their needs
* Accurately processing orders and responding to queries
* Collaborating with warehouse, purchasing and delivery teams
* Reporting on opportunities and customer feedback
* Occasionally assisting with deliveries to better understand the customer experience

You don't need to have worked in foodservice or sales before — what matters most is your ability to connect with people, stay organised, and take ownership of your work.
