Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaising with customers, coordinating the movement of waste on and off-site

* Answering incoming calls, assisting with enquiries while providing excellent customer service

* Controlling some vehicle movements and directing traffic
">
* Two-way radio communications
">
* Completing manual paperwork for all receivals to the site
">
* Data entry into Excel spreadsheets
">
* Completing site visitor inductions
">
">
Requirements:
">
">
* Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
">
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks at once and prioritise effectively
">
* Knowledge of weighbridge operations would be handy - but we can train you
">
* Good friendly attitude and willing to be part of a close-knit team
