Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure a seamless operation and service experience by communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
* Receive and process deliveries, facilitating efficient delivery to residents.
* Manage contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits.
* Remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
* Complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
