Front Desk Ambassador

We are a leading luxury amenity service provider with a growing portfolio across the US. As a Front Desk Associate, you will work at exclusive addresses, interacting with residents and their guests. Your priority is to make residents feel at home by showing genuine sincerity and appreciation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure a seamless operation and service experience by communicating with team members, property management, and residents/guests.
* Receive and process deliveries, facilitating efficient delivery to residents.
* Manage contractor arrivals/departures and realtor/potential home buyer/renter visits.
* Remind residents and guests of property rules and regulations.
* Complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
