Job Title: Cinema Support Professional
Job Overview:
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer assistance and presentation within a cinema entertainment complex.
The Cinema Support Professional will undertake induction and training to develop skills and knowledge in areas such as cleanliness, product presentation, stock replenishment, and customer service.
* Complete all duties according to standard operating procedures.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema complex.
* Prepare food and beverages for sale while adhering to quality and presentation standards.
* Replenish stock in accordance with merchandising planograms.
* Conduct ticket checks and provide assistance to customers during online check-in.
* Enhance the overall customer experience by demonstrating knowledge of products and services offered.
* Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required.
* Manage lost property and maintain awareness of fire and emergency procedures.
* Attend mandatory training sessions and adhere to designated protocols.
