We are seeking a Scheduler to coordinate client services and caregiver schedules using our Relationship Management System (RMS) to ensure all clients receive requested services and are matched with compatible caregivers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and adjusting a fortnightly roster daily to meet the evolving needs of both clients and caregivers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate client services and caregiver schedules
* Provide phone support to Client Services and Administration teams
* Support the Administration Team to meet operational goals and activities
