We seek an experienced Senior Phenotyping Analytics Manager to drive innovation in plant phenotyping analytics. This role will focus on developing and implementing new methodologies to analyze data, supporting researchers and farmers alike.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Optical Sensors Expertise: Substantial expertise in optical sensors (e.g., RGB, hyperspectral sensors, LiDAR) for plant monitoring and their physical principles.
* Image Processing Expertise: Expertise in image processing for multi-modal (hyperspectral, RGB, LiDAR) and high-dimensional data.
* Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Matlab, R, and relevant image-processing libraries.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for engaging with collaborators and stakeholders, including delivering presentations.
* Project Management: Experience working independently and leading interdisciplinary projects.
