Senior Ecologist Position
Lead Environmental Professional in Management and Conservation
Job Summary:
Seeking a senior or principal ecologist with BAM accreditation to lead projects across NSW, providing strategic and practical solutions for clients with environmental management challenges.
This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from home, offices in NSW, or other arrangements, while growing as an industry leader through conference presentations, professional memberships, and mentoring junior ecologists.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on infrastructure and natural resource management projects.
* Lead environmental surveys and impact assessments of terrestrial ecosystems.
* Deliver environmental analysis, research, and field surveys.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science and/or Ecology.
* Minimum 5 years' post-graduate ecology experience.
* BAM accreditation or working towards it.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial acumen.
