QualificationsProven experience in a sales-focused role with KPIs and targetsA minimum qualification of an Agent’s Representative Certificate / Cert IV in Real Estate PracticeA valid driver’s license and a reliable car (availability to work Saturdays is essential)A self-motivated, results-driven attitudeExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsProfessional demeanor with a client-first mindsetGenuine passion for real estate and a commitment to a long-term career in the industry
