What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound phone calls and new client enquiries with a professional, customer focused approach.
* Managing and triaging a number of email inboxes ensuring timely, accurate responses and maintaining clear structure and organisation.
* Performing general administrative tasks including updating whiteboards, note taking, printing, and preparing documentation for mail distribution.
* Processing client referral bonuses with a high level of accuracy and ensuring payments are issued in line with company processes.
* Organising and coordinating bookings and payment transactions, including travel arrangements, in line with internal policies.
* Maintaining data accuracy in Pipedrive CRM by managing filters, identifying missing or incorrect data, and addressing issues that impact reporting and workflow.
* Assigning activities from the Rebuild pipeline in Pipedrive to the appropriate internal team members based on regional and team responsibilities.

* Comfortable working with CRM systems (Pipedrive experience is highly regarded).
