Key Responsibilities
* Ensure exceptional service standards are met
* Assist and support the Manager with client requests and enquiries
* Provide administrative support
* Contribute to recruitment, staffing, induction, onboarding, training, leave management, and performance management of the team
* Monitor team performance and refer any areas for attention to the Manager
* Provide direction and guidance to the team
