Cheetham Builds is a locally owned business run by a fully qualified carpenter and registered builder. We pride ourselves on high-quality workmanship across all aspects of carpentry, including:
* Framing
* Lock-up
* Fixing
* Decking
* Pergolas
* And more
We're currently looking for a 1st Year Apprentice Carpenter to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to start their career in the building industry and gain hands-on experience with a wide variety of carpentry work.
What we're looking for:
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude
* Someone who is motivated, reliable, and keen to learn
* Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team
* Driver's licence and reliable transport (preferred but not essential)
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with all aspects of carpentry (framing, lock-up, fixing, decking, pergolas, etc.)
* Following directions and learning on the job
* Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite
