St Louis Care is made up of four specialist service areas:
* St Louis Home Care - Government-approved and private support at home care provider
* St Louis Allied Health - Covering both Metro and Fly in Fly Out (FIFO) allied health services supporting South Australian communities
Are you someone who brings energy, kindness, and a great attitude to every shift? At St Louis Homes in Clarence Gardens, we\'re looking for an experienced NDIS Support Worker who loves helping people live well and enjoys being part of a team that genuinely supports each other.
Working alongside our Dementia Care Specialists, you\'ll play a hands-on role in helping clients enjoy their day: personal care, meal prep, activities, domestic tasks, social outings, and community participation. No two days look the same, and that\'s part of the fun.

Role: Support Worker
To be successful in this role:
* A person-centred approach and a genuine interest in supporting people in their daily lives
* Experience with dementia or disability support (especially with complex behaviours) or the confidence and curiosity to learn
* Reliability, flexibility, and a willingness to jump into a variety of shifts
* National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
* Current Australian Drivers Licence (minimum P2s)
* Availability to work both afternoon shifts and night duty
