About the Role:
This position involves providing high-quality radiation therapy services as prescribed by a Radiation Oncologist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centred care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide safe and effective radiation therapy planning and treatment services that meet all relevant safety and quality standards.
* Maintain the highest standards of patient care and continually enhance the quality of service and patient experience.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely patient needs are met.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, treating all patients and their carers with respect, dignity, and equality.
Requirements:
* Proven technical proficiency in radiation therapy treatment planning and delivery.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Understanding of, and commitment to, the delivery of high-quality radiation therapy services.
* Ability to adhere to clinical protocols and procedures.
* Current AHPRA Registered Radiation Therapist with Queensland Radiation Use Licence.
