This is a place to learn, grow, and develop your career with autonomy and fun along the way.The roleWe have an exciting two-year fixed-term opportunity for a 3PL Supply Chain Manager to join us during a pivotal period of growth and transformation in our supply chain operations.You will play a key role in ensuring logistics operations deliver the right stock, in the right place, at the right time, supporting excellent customer experiences across our store network.Your key responsibilities include:Lead the management of our current 3PL logistics partner to ensure performance, continuity, and a smooth transition to a new provider.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across product, category, merchandise, and supply chain.Monitor and improve service levels, identify risks, and maintain supply continuity during change.Support the new partner in embedding best-in-class operational processes.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our evolving supply chain.What’s in your toolkit?Extensive experience in Retail/FMCG 3PL operational environments.Experience in 3PL management, supply chain operations, or logistics transition projects.Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for improvement and innovation.Experience in FMCG or retail supply chains is highly desirable.Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills.Don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes — we still encourage you to apply!At 7-Eleven, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
