Skills & Experience
* A Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Certificate IV in Massage, with hands‐on experience in spa treatments — especially within a hotel or resort setting.
* Skilled in delivering both facial and body treatments, with the ability to personalise each experience to suit guest needs.
* Impeccable grooming, attention to detail, and time‐management skills that ensure every treatment runs smoothly.
* A strong understanding of spa culture and the wellness industry, with a calm, professional approach under pressure.
* Proven customer service and retail sales skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
* Flexibility to support other areas of the resort when needed, and a commitment to meeting performance expectations through training and clear KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver spa services efficiently and pleasantly in accordance with Spa protocols.
* Be familiar with all services offered at the Spa, know the costs and procedures to upsell and rebook guests.
* Know all product ranges offered, including retail items.
* Perform all opening and closing duties in the Spa as requested.
* Handle Spa Reception duties including reservations, cashiering, answering telephone, and other general enquiries.
* Act as a trusted contact for all guests, helping them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and involving management when necessary.
* Adhere to safety procedures, reporting incidents and maintenance to Spa Manager/Supervisor.
* Remain aware of guests in Spa to anticipate their needs.
* Assist in maintaining the Spa's cleanliness and tidiness at all times, including treatment rooms, change rooms, wet areas, reception and back‐of‐house areas.
