Location: Forster, NSW (approx. 30 min travel)Salary: Up to $163,000, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Build and lead high-performing, inclusive teams across the Junior School
Foster a culture of connection, trust, and whole-school cohesion
Lead with clarity, integrity, and emotional intelligence

Oversee operational and administrative functions to ensure excellence and efficiency
Qualifications
Recognised teaching qualifications with current NESA accreditation
Postgraduate qualifications in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role within a primary or whole-school setting
Strong track record of improving student outcomes using data-informed strategies
High level of digital literacy and experience leading technology integration
Current Working With Children Check and willingness to undertake a National Criminal History Check
