Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join ourevent marketing and sales teamon weekends! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, working in a team, and earningcommission in addition to base pay.
You will represent our brand atlocal expos, festivals, and trade shows, promoting our industry-leading impact windows and doors to homeowners across Florida.
Responsibilities:
* Represent the Florida Window and Door brand at events
* Greet and engage with attendees in a friendly, professional manner
* Promote the benefits of impact windows and doors (hurricane protection, energy efficiency, home value)
* Collect leads and set appointments for in-home consultations
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth
* Collaborate with the events team to meet daily goals
Qualifications:
* Strong communication and people skills
* Positive attitude and a team player mindset
* Sales-minded or experience in lead generation (preferred but not required)
* Comfortable standing for extended periods
* Must be available to workweekends
* Reliable transportation to event locations
* Bilingual preferred
