The Opportunity
We are looking for qualified Electrical / Automation Technicians and Mechatronics Technicians to support the operation, maintenance, and optimisation of our automated bottling and processing machinery, including German-designed systems.
These are hands-on roles where you will play a critical part in ensuring production continuity, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain high-speed bottling and automation equipment.
Diagnose and resolve faults across electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems.
Undertake preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
Assist with system upgrades, installations, and equipment calibration.
Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to ensure product consistency.
Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives on site.
About You
To be successful, you will bring experience in one or more of the following areas:
* Skilled in PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), sensors, and control panels.
* Ability to diagnose electrical faults, manage motor drives, and fine-tune automation sequences.
* Qualified as an industrial electrician, or equivalent, with additional automation/mechatronics training preferred.
Mechatronics Technician
* Cross-trained in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
* Skilled in mechanical repairs, calibration, and programming adjustments.
* Holds a Certificate III/IV in Engineering – Mechatronics, or trade-qualified with relevant automation experience.
