Job Description Conduct assessments and design individualised therapy programs. Facilitate engaging, functional therapy sessions in both one-on-one and group formats. Work collaboratively with families, educators, and other therapists to embed strategies into everyday routines. Create home-programs, parent workshops, and classroom resources to support learning and carry-over. Monitor client progress, document outcomes, and produce clinical reporting to support care planning and funding submissions. Participate in case planning meetings, clinical supervision, and team training. Keep up-to-date with evidence-based OT approaches (e.g., CO-OP, Sensory Integration, DIR/Floortime).
