Key Responsibilities:
* Procurement management to secure best value and quality from suppliers
* Inventory planning, forecasting, and optimization to balance cost, service, and working capital
* Warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and safe product distribution
* Development of long-term supply chain strategies that support growth, mitigate risk, and embed sustainability
* Compliance with health, safety, environment, and Chain of Responsibility regulations

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally within manufacturing, coatings, or industrial consumables
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Engineering
* Demonstrated ability to optimize complex supply chains and deliver measurable improvements
* Strong ERP capability and data-driven decision-making expertise
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
