Whether it's morning coffee or sunset dinners, you'll be part of a team serving up great food in a laid-back, coastal setting. Bring the Heat in Our Kitchen We're on the hunt for a passionate Chef to join our fast-paced team. You'll whip up delicious dishes, support our Head and Sous Chefs, and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, from managing orders to making sure only the best ingredients hit the pans. Responsibilities
* Prep & Plate Like a Pro: Help deliver top-quality meals and keep the kitchen humming alongside our Head and Sous Chefs.
* Stay Stocked & Sorted: Manage food orders, rotation, and storage to keep everything fresh and ready to go.
* Keep It Clean: Lead by example in maintaining a spotless, safe kitchen environment.
* Team Player Vibes: Work closely with your crew, share ideas, and support a positive, high-energy kitchen culture.
* Safety First: Follow WHS guidelines and handle equipment and chemicals with care and confidence.
About You
* Qualified & Ready: You've got chef credentials, food safety training, and know your way around HACCP.
* Experienced in the Heat: You've worked in busy kitchens, managed costs, and kept cool under pressure.
* Great Communicator: You're clear, collaborative, and open to feedback to keep the team thriving.
* Physically Capable: You're comfortable lifting, bending, and standing for long periods in a fast-paced kitchen.
* Safety & Hygiene Pro: You know your PPE from your MSDS and keep things clean, safe, and sparkling.
