**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a confident Customer Service Representative to join our Command Centre team working at Perth. This is a permanent, full-time role on a rotating roster, working between the hours of 5:00AM to 9:00PM, including every other weekend.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
* Manage incoming calls and online service requests to triage and create work orders.
* Liaise with staff and third-party vendors to schedule works.
* Report and provide general administrative support where required.
**Requirements:
• Experience working in databases and delivering high levels of customer service
• Ability to prioritise, work autonomously, think critically, and capture detail
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and a high level of accuracy & attention to detail
• Positive attitude and motivation to be part of a high-performing team
