About The Role
This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of volunteer programs, working closely with the Volunteer Manager to ensure effective execution.
Key responsibilities include entering and maintaining accurate volunteer records, assisting with onboarding processes, preparing communications, coordinating key events, and providing excellent support to volunteers.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities are essential for this role.
Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
* Motivated and well-organized approach, with confidence in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Excel
* Ability to work independently while contributing positively within a team environment
* Proactive mindset, using initiative to identify and resolve issues

* Current NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
