Sales and Marketing Professional
Our organization is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing leader to drive sales growth and brand presence across the region.
* Oversee and coordinate sales and marketing activities to support business expansion.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, driving new business opportunities, managing campaigns and product promotions, overseeing customer service standards, and guiding distribution and merchandising activities.
The successful candidate will be a proactive leader with a solid background in sales and marketing and a passion for delivering measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, including advertising and public relations initiatives.
2. Lead the creation of new product ideas and manage marketing and advertising campaigns from concept to launch.
3. Manage sales performance by deciding the best product focus, assigning sales regions, and setting strong customer service standards.
4. Establish and control merchandising and distribution processes by guiding sales staff and coordinating with external agents and distributors.
5. Formulate sales approaches and commercial terms, including pricing strategies and customer credit conditions.
6. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies when needed.
7. Prepare and manage sales and marketing budgets, track results against targets, and report performance outcomes to senior management.
