We're seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Customer Service team member to support our day-to-day office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved, helping customers, and keeping things running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
* Being the friendly first point of contact for incoming phone calls
* Assisting customers with orders and general enquiries
* Processing orders and helping coordinate dispatch
* Receiving deliveries and checking stock
* Packing and preparing orders for shipment
* Helping with simple social media posts (training provided)
* Supporting the team with general office and admin tasks
What We're Looking For
* A confident and friendly phone manner
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Comfortable using computers and office systems
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Experience in office admin or customer service is helpful, but not essential we value attitude and reliability and will provide training.
