About the Role :
Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving growth, building relationships, and delivering exceptional client experiences? Achmea Australia is seeking a dynamic National Manager, Key Accounts to lead our team and shape the future of our most significant farm insurance clients.
In this role, you'll play a key part in improving the daily operations of our Commercial function.
Role Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the Key Account strategy to achieve commercial goals.
* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
* Build and maintain long-term partnerships with high-value clients.
* Ensure operational excellence through CRM discipline and process improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality assurance frameworks.
About You :
1. Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, agriculture, or a related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in business development or key account management, ideally in financial services or insurance.
3. Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving growth and retention.
4. Strong sales acumen.
5. Strong understanding of rural and agricultural markets.
6. Expertise in CRM systems, pipeline management, and strategic relationship building.
