About the Role
This role is focused on enhancing IT service management maturity and supporting operational transitions to a SIAM model. You will join the IT Operations Management section, overseeing departmental IT operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong understanding of ITSM & SIAM principles, with experience in managing and improving ITSM processes. They should be able to provide advice and guidance to directors and teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Support development, transition, and daily operations of ITSM and SIAM processes, engaging with colleagues, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
* Assist with ITSM documentation management within Operations Management team, implementing policies and procedures, and identifying enhancements.
* Work as SME for all ITSM/SIAM activities, providing expert advice to directors and teams.
* Collaborate with divisions and departments to establish and implement ITSM & SIAM services.
