We're looking for a Full-Time Chef or Cook to join the kitchen crew at Gracie's at 4 Pines Orange, working a solid 4-day roster every week – Monday through Thursday – so your weekends are all yours.
Whether you're behind the grill or on the pans, you'll be bringing the flavour and keeping the good vibes rolling in our fast-paced, good-times-loving kitchen. We're slinging great burgers, fresh beers, and epic feeds for locals and legends alike – and we need another gun on the team.
THE GOODS:
$70,000 salary + super + leave entitlements
4-day work week – yep, a real one (Monday to Thursday only)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in a busy kitchen (but you don't need to be Heston)
Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience required
Good communication, reliability, and pride in the plate
Calm under pressure and a team player mentality
Someone who's as passionate about a clean kitchen as they are about a perfectly grilled patty
