* Work within a multi-disciplinary service environment, upholding professional standards and providing complex clinical and consultancy services.
* Offer essential clinical support and profession-specific supervision to less experienced Occupational Therapists.
* Mentor and supervise staff and students, shaping the future of the profession within the region.
* Contribute to the Occupational Therapy Network, promoting research and evaluation initiatives that drive improvements in clinical practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical leadership roles.
* Proven track record of innovation and service improvement.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
