About the Role
Support older South Australians to stay active and independent through evidence-based falls prevention.
Use your clinical expertise to complete functional assessments and design tailored interventions that reduce risk and build confidence.
This outpatient position offers variety and autonomy, with opportunities to collaborate in a small, innovative and supportive multidisciplinary team while mentoring allied health assistants, students and early-career clinicians.

About You
You're a compassionate, experienced Occupational Therapist dedicated to person-centred care and positive outcomes for older adults.
You bring strong clinical knowledge, initiative and a collaborative mindset.
Qualified & Registered: Recognised Occupational Therapy degree, current (or eligible) AHPRA registration and a valid South Australian driver's licence.
Specialist Clinical Expertise: Experience assessing and managing falls risk and a broad range of geriatric conditions, applying evidence-based interventions in community and home settings.
Collaborative & Independent: Confident working autonomously and within an interdisciplinary team, while mentoring students and supporting clients and carers from diverse backgrounds.
Outcome-Focused & Innovative: Skilled in planning, implementing and evaluating community-oriented therapeutic programs to enhance safety, wellbeing and quality of life.
