They are currently looking for a Production Controller to join their team based in Warana.
We are looking for a motivated, organised and experienced person to the rapidly growing health food production company. We are seeking a production controller who is an all-rounder. There is the potential for career growth as the business continues to expand.
Qualifications & experience
Previous experience in food operation is highly regarded.
Understanding HACCP principles and food safety procedures.
Qualification in food processing desirable but not essential.
Good computer skills to use inventory systems.
An energetic and positive attitude with a hunger to learn.
Tasks & responsibilities
Strong leadership skills.
Scheduling of the Team and best use of rooms/facilities.
Operating food processing and packaging machinery.
Ensuring HACCP procedures are followed daily.
Ordering ingredients
Researching products
Ensuring facilities are clean and ready for next production shift at the end of the day.
Essential to have exceptional time management skills and ability to multitask.

HACCP experience or understanding
