Job Summary
The primary function of this role is to provide expert human resources advice and support to managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement HR projects, including the provision of support and training for users as required.
* Collaborate with managers to address underperformance or misconduct issues.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project organisation charts on a monthly basis.
* Compile data and generate reports as necessary.
* Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with organisational values and culture.
* Deliver training sessions on HR topics.
* Design and implement policies and procedures across the project workforce.
