* Coordinating with stakeholders: Communicating with site managers and clients to schedule and prepare the location.
* Scanning the space: Operating the Matterport Pro3 to capture high-fidelity 3D and LiDAR spatial data.
* Editing the model: Reviewing the captured data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Adding details: Tagging and adding necessary metadata, labels, and details within the scanned space.
* Uploading to the cloud: Managing the project files and uploading the final digital twin to the Matterport cloud application.
