**The opportunity**:
- As a Lead Administrator, you will:
- Be responsible for the day to day management of therapist schedules (mobile and in clinic appointments), whilst supporting and leading our Customer service officers.
- Report to the Practice Principal, working closely together on waitlist management and therapist caseloads.
- Develop relationships with our clients, supporting their positive experience with our service.
- Manage payments via phone and EFTPOS.
- Process NDIS, Medicare and private health fund claims.
- Complete daily invoicing for clients.
- Oversee the administrative requirements of contract agreements.
- All other ad-hoc administrative requirements that may arise from time to time (coordinating fun events!)
**What do you need to join?**
- Knowledge of NDIS administrative requirements and funding packages
- Experience working within the allied health sector;
- Strong customer service and communication skills - face-to-face, via telephone and in written correspondence with the ability to build rapport with clients and families; This is super important!
- Experience with practice management software, Medicare and Eftpos will be advantageous;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word;
- A proactive and committed approach to quality improvement; This is where your voice matters, we value your worth!
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- A positive attitude that comes with a smile;
- Compulsory compliance (or willing to obtain) - Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, and First Aid certificate.
