JOB SUMMARY
Based at the Welcome Desk and responsible for managing and supervising Welcome and Whatever/Whenever teams. Drives W’s Whatever Whenever culture, Bonvoy loyalty program, VIP guests, groups in house, training and development of talent and supports operations at the Welcome Desk. Experience with Opera PMS is ideal. As an integral part of the Rooms team, directs and works with all areas of the Hotel’s Talent and department heads. Strives to continually improve guest and talent satisfaction and maximize the guest satisfaction of the department. Will work a rotating fortnightly roster.
