About The Role
As our Marketing Manager you will report into our Head of Marketing Operations. You will be tasked with bridging brand strategy and creative execution, ensuring all campaigns and creative outputs are cohesive, aspirational and commercially effective.
You will lead a talented Graphic Design and Campaigns team and partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-impact brand storytelling across all channels and markets.
What You Will Do
* Lead and inspire the Graphic Design and Campaigns teams, fostering creativity and accountability.
* Drive end-to-end campaign delivery across all brand touchpoints.
* Oversee photoshoots, creative workflows and approvals to ensure brand integrity.
* Provide strategic oversight of all graphic design outputs across digital, print and retail.
* Partner on PR strategy and manage key brand partnerships to amplify awareness and engagement.
What We Are Looking For
* Strong understanding of brand storytelling, PR, photoshoots and creative production.
* 5+ years' experience in brand-led marketing or creative leadership roles (experience in Fashion or apparel retail would be highly regarded).
* Proven ability to lead campaigns, creative teams and complex projects.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to balance creativity with structure and commercial outcomes.
* Experience managing agencies and external creative partners.
