The Hope Vale Opportunity Hub is seeking a proactive and service-focused OHub Consultant to deliver frontline support, promote local opportunities, and assist with administrative and digital systems.

About the Role
Opportunity Hubs (O-Hubs) are vibrant community centres where families can access a suite of programs and tools known as Opportunity Products—designed to build capability, support goals, and improve wellbeing.
As the OHub Consultant, you will support the day-to-day delivery of these services, provide excellent customer service, and ensure the smooth functioning of the hub.
You will:
* Assist individuals and families in accessing Opportunity Products and services.
* Respond to customer enquiries and provide guidance on using self-service and digital tools.
* Record accurate service data and partner interactions using internal systems.
* Promote products and initiatives to the wider community.
* Support social media content creation and maintain the Trello Board.
* Keep the OHub facilities clean, safe, and operational.
This is a dynamic, people-facing role perfect for someone who is passionate about local service delivery and supporting community outcomes.
About You
You are an organised and tech-savvy team player who:
* Has experience using Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and digital communication platforms.
* Demonstrates strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Communicates clearly and works well in a collaborative team setting.
* Has great time management skills and attention to detail.
* Shows professionalism and is committed to confidentiality and integrity.
* Holds a valid Manual Driver’s Licence, a Blue Card, and can pass a Police Check.
