Key Responsibilities:

* Organize and fulfill replenishment of store inventory
* Manage and achieve/exceed inventory and shrink goals
* Prepare and execute stock takes and audits
* Train employees on stockroom processes
* Maintain physical condition of Stockroom according to relevant guidelines

Requirements:
">
* At least 2 years of work experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality industry
* One to two years of Stockroom experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented retail environment
* Self-motivated and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets
* Good communications and relationship-building skills
* Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues and present information to large groups
