We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurses, ideally with expertise in aged care, to join our team at our Wembley Residential Aged Care Home.
This important role is central to delivering high-quality, person-centred care for our residents. Working as part of a supportive nursing team, you'll help us provide the best possible care in a compassionate, safe, and respectful environment.
We have one night shift roster available and multiple day shifts available.
Night Roster:
Week 1: Mon, Tues, Wed 21:15pm – 07:15am
Week 2: Mon, Tues 21:15pm – 07:15am, Thurs, Fri 14:30pm – 21:30pm
Key Responsibilities
You'll bring a person-first approach to care—supporting the independence, dignity, and wellbeing of residents—while also maintaining professional clinical standards. Key duties include:
* Delivering personalised, high-quality care
* Supporting clinical staff with professionalism and teamwork
* Ensuring safe medication administration
* Maintaining accurate and compliant care documentation
About You
You're a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse who thrives in a collaborative, values-driven environment. You bring a commitment to quality care, excellent clinical skills, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in aged care.
You will also bring:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (required)
* Experience in aged care and a strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards (preferred but not essential)
* A genuine commitment to person-centred practice
* Strong time management and documentation skills
* A valid National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months)
* A current Driver's Licence
* Evidence of required vaccinations
